We contacted homestead for a quote on an addition in June. We were told we had to have a draftsman out for drawings before we could get a quote. We used the draftsman that they recommended and had him out for drawings shortly after. In July, we submitted the drawings to Homestead construction and remodeling to try and receive a quote. We finally heard back in August telling us that they were behind and they would be getting back to us that week with a quote. We never heard back. We reached out in December to see if we can get a quote. It is now February and we have never heard back. We were really hoping to be able to work with this business, but due to the lack of communication we will not be using them or recommending them to anyone in the future.

Very professional and thorough! They were tasked with repairing the cupola atop our historic round barn. They were careful to honor the age and maintain the integrity of the structure. You can count on these guys to do the job right!

We had a bathroom remodel done and while it took a bit to get underway, it went very smoothly and quickly once we started. Chuck was very responsive to communication and great at coordinating all the various kinds of work. We’re very happy with the end result and it was all able to be worked to match our vision. Overall very happy with the whole process.

We had a flexible schedule and they were able to fit us in when they had availability. Crew did a good job with shower replacement. Had a few issues that were corrected in a timely fashion.
